Microfiber Cleaning Products Are AWESOME!!! Here's why...

Personally, I used to dread dusting and mopping. First, the dust - no matter what I used to try to remove it, the only thing I ever seemed to succeed in doing is temporarily dispersing it into the air. This action always seemed to offend the dust and left me with itchy red eyes and non-stop sneezing. Even the disposable dusters that promised to trap dust and dirt. No good, it held up to some of the dust but didn't clean as thoroughly as I wanted.
Mopping was just as bad. I tried so many different types of mops but nothing seemed to get my floors clean. There would always be something left behind. That little bit of buildup under the counter, streaks and spots where too much water was left behind to air dry, or the floor just got wet as the mop swirled the dirt around.
So, It was time for a change. I decided to buy a microfiber mop and a few microfiber cloths for wet and dry cleaning. To my surprise (as I was already at the point of just accepting that cleaning would always leave me feeling stuffy and disappointed) the new cleaning supplies worked wonders. Not only was my floor completely clean with no streaks or left behind dirt under the counters, but I had also dusted my entire house without a single sneeze.

If microfiber cleaning cloths and mops are not already part of your standard cleaning supplies, they should be. Here are a few reasons why.
MICROFIBER CLOTHS AND MOPS ARE BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Microfiber cloths and mops grab fine particles and oils in crevices where regular cleaning tools cannot reach. Using microfiber products conserves water, reduces the use of disposable products, and requires fewer harsh chemicals to get surfaces clean. Therefore, microfiber cleaning systems used in conjunction with green cleaners and specialized mopping techniques can have significant positive health and environmental impacts.
THEY TRAP PARTICLES BETTER
Microfiber products are manufactured with polyester/nylon fibers that have split edges capable of trapping and holding microbes, dust, and debris more effectively than traditional products. Since the particles are trapped, fewer are transferred from one surface to another during cleaning activities, requiring less cleaning solution.
THEY HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF PRACTICAL USES
Microfiber products are suitable for many types of hard surfaces, such as glass, mirrors, restrooms sinks and toilets, kitchen counters, and floors.
MICROFIBER MOPS REDUCE CLEANING & DRYING TIMES
Microfiber-mopping techniques reduce chemical and water use, reduce cleaning time, and reduce staff injuries.
THEY ATTRACT DUST
Positively charged microfibers attract dust and the tiny fibers penetrate the microscopic surface pores of most flooring materials.
THEY ARE MORE ABSORBENT
Microfibers have densely crafted polyester and polyamide (nylon) fibers that are approximately 1/16 the thickness of a human hair. The density allows microfiber to hold six times its weight in water, making it more absorbent than a conventional mop.
MORE DURABLE THAN CONVENTIONAL CLEANING TOOLS
Microfiber fabric is extremely durable. It can withstand at least 500 washings in a standard washing machine and dryer.
THEY CAN SAVE YOU MONEY
Microfiber cleaning cloths and mops require less cleaning product than conventional cleaning cloths or mops to be effective. You don’t need to reapply cleaner then wring out the cloth before use, either, so microfiber cleaning supplies reduce costs and the time needed to clean an area.
HEALTHIER AND SAFER TO USE
Using microfiber products reduces the number of chemicals needed to clean, which in turn reduces the chemicals in the air and water. This improves indoor air quality, allowing patients, staff, and visitors breathe in fewer harmful chemicals. Microfiber holds liquid without dripping, leaving only a thin layer of water on the floor which results in quicker drying time and less opportunity for a slip and fall hazard.
